BIRDS
This series originated from my involvement in the Audubon Mural Project in New York City in 2018. This public initiative, created by the National Audubon Society and Gitler & Gallery, aims to raise awareness about birds endangered by climate change. Artists are invited to create stunning murals of these threatened species on various surfaces throughout the Hamilton Heights neighborhood, where Audubon himself is laid to rest. Inspired this experience, I have continued to paint birds from North America and Australia, keeping their stories alive through my art.
